Which companies has TAG worked with in the past?

TAG has provided services to many of the world's largest employers, including 3M, American Express, Amgen, AT&T, Caterpillar, Facebook, FedEx, Fifth Third Bank, General Electric, General Mills, Honeywell, John Deere, Johnson & Johnson, Lockheed Martin, McDonald's, Nike, Oracle, PepsiCo, Prudential Insurance, Visa International, and many others. TAG has served approximately 1,500 clients over more than three decades, including Fortune 500 corporations, government agencies, universities, law firms, and high-net-worth families.

How is TAG different than other workplace violence prevention firms?

TAG experts are drawn from the top ranks of forensic psychiatry, forensic psychology, the FBI's Behavioral Analysis Units, the FBI's Behavioral Science Unit, and the U.S. Capitol Police. Every expert who consults on cases has exceptional experience testifying as an expert witness and thorough familiarity with the rules of evidence and employer duties. Most TAG experts have held Top Secret security clearances from the U.S. Department of Justice. TAG never provides security guard services, security hardware, or executive protection, eliminating any conflict of interest in its recommendations.

What types of cases can TAG help with?

TAG consults on a wide range of cases, including threats and threatening behavior, stalking and cyberstalking, intimate partner violence, anonymous or inappropriate communications, sexual harassment and assault, bullying and mobbing, weapons in the workplace, fraud, theft, product tampering, sabotage, arson, conflicts of interest, insider threats, and alleged misconduct involving senior leaders or board members. TAG also assists with difficult or high-risk terminations, internal investigations, vulnerability assessments, event security planning, and behavioral analysis to identify unknown suspects.

How do I find out more about TAG's experts?

Complete CVs or biographical summaries of all TAG experts are available upon request. TAG recommends that clients have an experienced trial lawyer review expert CVs when comparing vendors, since these experts may need to testify in defense of the program adopted and the actions an organization takes based on their guidance.

How does a TAG case consultation work?

A TAG case consultation typically begins with the receipt of a completed TAG Case Intake Form, along with any relevant documents, and a request for consultation submitted by email, phone call, or online form. During the consultation, a TAG expert summarizes the case, identifies risks, seeks any new information not included in the documentation, and leads a discussion of risk reduction strategies, including interview suggestions, subject and victim interventions, environmental modifications, security recommendations, and suggested scripts for sensitive conversations. A memorandum is always created for TAG's internal records and reviewed by TAG's President, and written reports are available upon request.

What hours are TAG experts available?

TAG's headquarters are in Newport Beach, CA, with regular hours of operation from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time. TAG360 clients receive a 24-hour emergency answering service, giving them around-the-clock access to TAG experts for urgent matters.

Does TAG only work with organizations based in California?

No. TAG serves organizations nationwide. TAG experts are based across the country, including in California, Arizona, Utah, Idaho, Colorado, Maryland, Florida, Pennsylvania, and Virginia, and are available to travel for on-site consultations, investigations, training, and high-risk terminations when needed. For the vast majority of matters, however, no travel is required, since TAG's primary mode of consultation is remote.
