Advanced Case Management is a hands-on program designed for professionals who want to improve their approach to managing cases of workplace misconduct.

TAG can deliver an Advanced Case Management Workshop of any duration from four hours to five days at your company, for a consortium of companies, or for your trade association.

Attendees at TAG’s Advanced Case Management Workshops receive a brief lecture on case management principles for each topic to be covered and then participate in solving case management problems derived from the cases encountered by TAG’s clients. These problems are drawn from TAG Case Studies, each of which is based on the facts that unfolded in the course of an employer learning about, investigating, and responding to real events. TAG faculty present the initial facts of the case and facilitate a discussion with the audience as it works to devise investigative and management strategies.

After the audience has proposed management strategies, TAG reviews what the company actually did, how the subject responded, and how the case turned out at follow up a year or more later.
