TAG University

Employee education has never been simpler. Your branded TAG University brings our expert training services to your computer, making it simple to train, test, and track your company's progress.

Advanced Team Training

Teams who have already completed TAG’s Workplace Violence Prevention Course or who have attended TAG’s Annual Course are eligible for TAG’s Advanced Team Training. Advanced Team Training is always customized to meet the needs of the particular team, but often includes training on investigation, forensic investigations, interviewing (with role-playing exercises), and report writing; a review of past and active cases; the use of case-simulation exercises; and coverage of new and emerging topics.

TAG Advanced “Team” Training is for “cross-functional teams” who want to:

Meet before the Workplace Violence Prevention Training (assuming this company’s team members have been identified, or are already a functioning team) for the large group (see above WPV description) to design Workplace Violence Prevention Policy, plan training agenda with TAG expert, discuss companywide rollout, etc

Teams who have already attended TAG WPV Training either on-site or at the annual course and are ready to take the next step in honing their skills, planning manager/supervisor training, or” the many” other training opportunities TAG offers (See the” list of speaking topics TAG experts can deliver below)

This training is for a smaller group than the WPV training and in-formal, it is more specific and targeted to the company’s particular needs at that point in time

Advanced Training “retreats” are good rewards for the team’s hard work when held in a pleasant setting; TAG recommends a once a year retreat
