Training Services
For a decade, TAG has been providing formal training programs to professionals in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Benefits, Security, Loss Prevention, Assets Protection, Employment Law, Employee Assistance, Occupational Health, Risk Management, Safety, and Operations, who are called upon to make decisions in the face of such problems as these:
- Threats by current or former employees
- Domestic violence intruding into the workplace
- Frightening behavior in the workplace
- Stalking and harassment cases
- Threatening or inappropriate behavior from customers, clients, shareholders, vendors, neighbors, or others
- Threatening and inappropriate letters, calls, and visits
- Anonymous letters, e-mail, calls, and pages
- Bomb threats
- Concerns regarding intentional biological contamination, sabotage, arson, product tampering, poisoning, chemical exposures, or explosive risks
TAG’s training programs on these and related subjects have been refined and improved through the feedback of audiences from the U.S., Canada, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, representing nearly every industry. Each TAG lecture and seminar incorporates the lessons TAG experts have learned in helping to manage thousands of cases and in working with client teams who manage more than 10,000 cases every year. TAG training combines case examples from this experience with time-tested principles to ensure that the audience understands how to apply what they have learned.
