TAG Case Studies
TAG licenses a series of case studies designed to keep human resources, security, and other professionals who manage workplace violence risks alert to workplace violence issues and in tune with the common problems they face in managing these cases.
Each case study is based on a case in which TAG helped an employer manage a troubling situation. Each TAG® CASE STUDY has two parts: Problem and Solution. The Problem is posed as a troubling situation that has reached the attention of HR, with a list of options that were considered by HR in brainstorming the issue. The Solution contains TAG’s guidance to the employer about each of the options considered, with TAG’s suggestion for the best approach. The Solution concludes with a discussion of what was actually done in the case and the outcome when followed up a year or more later.
TAG® CASE STUDIES can be used as learning tools these ways:
- One day license for a TAG® Case Studies Workshop, facilitated by a TAG expert at your location for an audience of unlimited size (employees only).
- A two year license for corporate training use by individuals, or in group studies. 50 lessons are provided for weekly training on a CD-ROM in text format, pdf files. There are 25 problems and the 25 corresponding solutions. Each week, either a new case or its solution would be studied.
